HaflingerFest 2008
Dear Vendor/Advertiser:
The Great Lakes Haflinger Association is planning for its 22nd Annual Registered Haflinger Sale. This year we will be holding the sale as part of our GREAT LAKES HAFLINGERFEST 2008 in October. Thursday, October 9 and Friday, October 10, 2008, we will have our 11th Annual Registered Haflinger Show and 16th Annual Futurity. Saturday, October 11, 2008 we start with our Tack and Rolling Stock Sale at 8:00 a.m. Following that will be our Stallion Service Auction and sale of quality Haflingers. The Preview of the Stallions for the Stallion Service Auction, which will be a Stallion Liberty, and the Sale horses will begin at 6:00 P.M. on Friday.
Enclosed please find the Vendor and Advertising information for this year’s sale. We appreciate the support you have given us by advertising with us and providing us with quality merchandise in our vendor area. We would like to invite you to advertise with us again and join us for the HAFLINGERFEST 2008 weekend. Because of the combined events, we expect an excellent turnout of exhibitors and consignors. The enclosed information will assist you in preparing your advertising and reserving your vendor space. Not only is your advertising in our sale book, which is sent to over 1000 horse enthusiasts, but it will appear on our website as well. We leave that information on our website throughout the year until our new sale catalog is put on the website, so you get a full year of advertising. We also welcome consignments for our tack sale of new and used horse related items.
